AI Prompt Engineer & Developer Needed for WhatsApp Math Tutor Bot - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an experienced AI developer to help me build a WhatsApp AI tutor for math students. The goal is not to create a simple ChatGPT bot, but a system that truly feels like a real private tutor. I want the AI to guide students step-by-step, ask questions, analyze mistakes, adapt to different learning levels, and create a natural learning experience instead of immediately giving answers. The system needs to work in Hebrew and support text, images, PDFs, and voice messages. Students should be able to send photos of handwritten solutions, and the AI should understand them, explain mistakes, give feedback, and optionally provide full solutions when needed. One of the most important parts of this project is prompt engineering. I care much more about the quality of the AI behavior and tutoring flow than just connecting APIs. I’m looking for someone who understands how to build advanced prompts and structured tutoring logic that creates realistic educational conversations. I also want the system to generate customized math practice exams inspired by existing exam styles, slightly modify questions and variables, and generate branded PDF files for students. Later, students should be able to solve the exam and send their answers back for analysis and grading. Main requirements:
