Direct Response Direct Mail Designer (Postcards, Letters & Print Marketing)
We are looking for an experienced Direct Mail Designer to help us build a growing library of high-converting direct mail templates for our marketing automation platform. This is NOT a web design project. We need someone who understands direct response marketing, print design, personalization, and the psychology behind mail pieces that generate leads, phone calls, website visits, and conversions. Our platform currently integrates with PostGrid for direct mail fulfillment. We are expanding our template marketplace and need professionally designed templates that can be personalized using merge fields and variable data. Examples of templates we want to create include:
- Postcards
- Yellow Letters
- Handwritten Style Letters
- Offer Letters
- Probate Campaigns
- Absentee Owner Campaigns
- Driving for Dollars Campaigns
- Vacant Property Campaigns
- Referral Campaigns
- Customer Appreciation Mailers
- Holiday Cards
- Buyer and Seller Follow-Up Campaigns
Templates should be designed with personalization in mind, including fields such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Property Address
- City / State / ZIP
- Custom Offer Amount
- Company Information
- QR Codes
- Custom Dynamic Fields
The ideal candidate understands how to create designs that work well in both print and variable-data environments. Deliverables may include:
- Figma Design Files
- Print-Ready Artwork
- PostGrid-Compatible HTML Templates
- Documentation for Merge Fields and Personalization Elements
We are not looking for someone to build a single template. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with a designer who can help us create and maintain a library of 50+ direct mail templates over time. When applying, please provide: 1.
