With advances in veterinary medicine, pets now have access to the most effective treatments available, making pet insurance an essential component of modern pet care.About the RoleThis is a full-time contract role.OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator, Member Experience will be responsible for executing and coordinating the ongoing marketing and operational needs of Fetch Deals, Fetch Pet Rx, Fetch Online Vets and related member marketing programs. This includes maintaining the experience, coordinating launches and refreshes, supporting member communications, and ensuring all work is QA’d and delivered in a way that creates a strong member experience without overwhelming members.This role will also be responsible for coordinating member communications across existing marketing channels, including email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and other owned channels, and for supporting the launch of new tactics, such as push notifications, to ensure all member communications work together as part of a cohesive experience.This is an execution and coordination role responsible for ensuring all deliverables are incorporated cleanly into the broader member journey and member communications where appropriate.This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Member Experience, Creative, Product, Tech, Lifecycle, and Partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day execution, upkeep, and communication coordination for Fetch Deals and related non-core member marketing programs once partnerships are signed and handed off.Responsibilities include:Manage the regular refresh of the Deals assortment, including ticket submission and coordination of site updatesCoordinate updates to the Deals experience, including partner placement, links, imagery, offer copy, and related contentEnsure new deals, featured deals, and limited-time offers are launched accurately and on timeOwn QA for the Deals experience, including broken links, outdated offers, missing imagery, incorrect copy, and general member experience issuesPartner with Product and Tech on site updates, ticket submission, bug resolution, and enhancementsSupport partner integration needs for launch and ongoing maintenanceOwn the calendar and coordination layer for member marketing programs outside the core experience, including Deals, Fetch Pet Rx, and Online VetEnsure Fetch Pet Rx and Online Vet asks are incorporated cleanly into member communications and experiences where appropriateOwn execution of the Deals newsletter and support related member communications across channels including email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and future channels such as push notificationsEnsure communications across channels are connected, sequenced appropriately, and timed effectively as part of a cohesive member experienceHelp maintain balance across channels so members are informed without being overwhelmedSurface overlap, duplication, cadence issues, or sequencing concerns early so the overall member journey remains cohesive and effectiveSuccess MeasuresSuccess in this role should be measured by:Deals assortment is current, accurate, and well maintainedFeatured Deals and recurring Deals promotions are launched on time and with strong QAMember communications across email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and future channels are coordinated and work together cohesivelyNew tactics such as push notifications are integrated thoughtfully into the member journeyMember marketing calendar is maintained and helps prevent over-communicationFetch Pet Rx and Televet asks are integrated smoothly into the broader journey when neededQualifications2 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, lifecycle marketing, member marketing, CRM, or a related execution-focused marketing roleStrong project management and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience managing calendars, launches, QA, reporting, and recurring marketing programsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at onceComfortable working across Creative, Product, Tech, and Marketing teamsStrong written communication and organizational skillsExperience with email, in-app messaging, chat, CRM, or other owned-channel execution preferredExperience with partner marketing, promotions, or offer-based programs preferredCompensationThis role will begin as a full-time contract position (40+ hours per week), with an hourly rate of $25–$35 .The posted salary range reflects the annualized equivalent of this hourly rate.Why Join FetchBe part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, innovation, transparency, and collaborationWhen in office, enjoy complimentary lunch daily, and pets are always welcomeJoin a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive$52,000 - $72,000 USDRecruiting Fraud AlertAt Fetch, your personal information and online safety are paramount.
