CRM Strategist, Hubspot
Job Description:
- Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments
- Design CRM architectures that support marketing, sales, and customer success workflows
- Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and processes
- Build and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and automations
- Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and reporting accuracy
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand goals and recommend CRM improvements
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support related to HubSpot usage and adoption
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience working as a HubSpot CRM Strategist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and following structured processes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset
- Experience implementing or optimizing HubSpot CRM for mid-market or enterprise teams
- Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
