Utilize your strong understanding of animation principles to create fluid, natural, and dynamic character movement in gameplay. Work closely with designers and other engineers to integrate animation systems seamlessly into gameplay mechanics. Continuously research and implement new techniques and technologies to improve animation quality and efficiency. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to help them improve their skills and grow within the company. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animation systems to ensure a smooth and polished gameplay experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that animation systems are integrated and optimized for various platforms and devices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in animation technology and share knowledge with the team.
