Human Resource Recruiter – Consultant
Job Description:
- *About the Human Resource Recruiter role **The contract HR Recruiter will report directly to CEO Yanika Daniels and have primary responsibilities of managing key phases of our recruitment efforts, from the identification of potential candidates to the interview and evaluation of candidates. The HR Recruiter will be liaising with clients to understand staffing needs and will execute plans to find qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- *Required Skills **- Demonstrated expertise in human resources practices and principles or 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Talent Management roles.- Previous consulting experience required - Deep understanding of the nonprofit and education landscape and its unique staffing needs.- Experience hiring and working with senior leadership teams (i.e. C-Suite, CEO, Board of Directors, etc.) - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, and resume databases- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to incorporate DEI principles into recruitment strategies
Benefits:
- *Compensation:** $55-65 per hour for up to 20 hours per week. Compensation does not include medical or health benefits. Compensation does include any key travel reimbursements for any foreseeable client travel. The role presents an opportunity to become more permanent based on a 90-day performance review.
