National Service Line Director, School Based Services - Remote
Job Description: Job Summary: Responsible for strategic leadership, oversight, quality, and growth of school-based behavioral health programs across all markets. This position ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, 3-tier mental health services within K–12 school settings. This position will work closely with market leaders across the enterprise to ensure high-quality school-based programming is delivered consistently. Will support the oversight of clinical, administrative, and programmatic functions; ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and legal standards; guide program expansion; and support excellence in school and community partnerships. Essential Job Functions:
- In partnership with market leadership teams, provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all SBS programs across the enterprise.
- Ensures high-quality program delivery, evidenced-based practices, and continuous improvement across all SBS.
- Supports development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Centerstone SBS model. Assists with workflows to support quality, efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.
- Serves as a content expert on the school-based services model, youth mental health, trauma-informed care and prevention/early intervention frameworks.
- Serves as a main point of contact for market and regional school-based directors to ensure alignment of program delivery and adherence to best-practices.
- Assists with the development and implementation of Tier One interventions for the organization.
- Represent Centerstone as a subject matter expert locally, nationally and internationally.
- Leads data-driven quality measurement for SBS programs including outcomes, partner and client satisfaction and program fidelity.
- Participates in budgeting, forecasting, staffing and resource allocation discussions for SBS alongside market leadership teams.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including CQI, HR, Finance, IT and Operations to support program and organization success.
- Collaborates to ensure programs meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with organizational and state accreditation requirements.

- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in school-based services best practices.
- Competency in SBS program development, implementation, evaluation and scaling.
- Ability to build strong relationships with school administrators, community stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.

- Ability to use data for decision-making, planning and quality improvement.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
- Five years of related school-based services leadership experience required.
- Clinical licensure preferred (LPC, MCSW, LMFT, etc.)

Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
