Healthcare Sales Representative — Commission Only

We help independent physician practices across the United States recover lost billing revenue through end-to-end RCM services — billing, coding, denial management, credentialing, and AR follow-up. Our performance-based model means practices pay only when we collect — zero upfront fees, zero risk for the practice. The Opportunity We are looking for a hungry, self-driven healthcare sales representative to help grow our client base. This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role with no cap on earnings. You bring us a signed client — you get paid. Simple.
What You Will Do
- Identify independent physician practices that need RCM help
- Build relationships with practice owners, physicians, and office managers
- Set discovery calls and introduce WestWave's services
- Close the client or hand off to us for the final close
- Earn commission for every client you bring in

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role with no cap on earnings. Compensation is performance-driven and structured to reward closers.
