Deal Analysis Associates do not wait months for placement—once verified, they immediately begin contributing to live deals and earning income across our network. Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Analysis Associates. Role This is an independent contractor role. Associates operate through our certification and verification process rather than traditional employment. Once approved, associates:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to real deal flow and compensated analytical work
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions
• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models
• Commercial real estate underwriting
• DCF / LBO modeling
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Prepare valuation summary (“football field”) reports

Due Diligence & Investment Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial and operational diligence
• Risk assessment
• Investment memo support

Associates may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Associates Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
• Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
• Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin earning income immediately on hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified associates are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score Each associate receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Associates are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Associates may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
