Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products and services, including new account documents
- Collaborating with the branch sales/service team to achieve sales and service goals
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Senior Teller Responsibilities:
As a Senior Teller, you will also be responsible for:
- Supporting the bank branch paying/receiving function, including technical supervisory skills to provide assistance in training of new tellers
- Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in banking operations and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to new tellers and other team members as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including teller transactions and customer interactions
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years' related banking and/or sales experience required
- Specialized banking education/training preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services a plus
