Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products and services, including new account documents
  • Collaborating with the branch sales/service team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Senior Teller Responsibilities:

As a Senior Teller, you will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the bank branch paying/receiving function, including technical supervisory skills to provide assistance in training of new tellers
  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in banking operations and procedures
  • Providing guidance and support to new tellers and other team members as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including teller transactions and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of three years' related banking and/or sales experience required
  • Specialized banking education/training preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications
