Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Outstanding Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Assisting Customers with Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.

- Accurately Entering Customer Data: Enter customer information into our system while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Communicating Effectively: Communicate with customers in Spanish and English, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience in Customer Service or Sales: While experience is preferred, we're open to candidates with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) a plus.
- Proficient in Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data protection.

- Familiarity with CRM Software: While not required, experience with CRM software is advantageous, particularly in a customer service or sales role.
