Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role

As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries and requests for information about available benefits
• Educating members about the benefits they're eligible for, and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Handling sales-related conversations with members who wish to opt-in for additional benefits, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements for Consideration

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Flexible hours to accommodate our clients' needs
• Fluent English language skills (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
• Residency in California (we're proud to be a California-based company)
