Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, zoom calls, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product or service information with a positive, problem-solving attitude, and addressing customer concerns with empathy and understanding
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers
- Helping to improve the overall customer experience by bringing insights and feedback to our team
This role requires some sales during client interaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
