As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities As a Tax Refund Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing inbound phone and video customer service/technical support, handling technical support questions via phone with video capability * Researching, analyzing, and determining an appropriate course of action for tax customers * Interacting with customers via phone, focusing on software navigation questions, as well as assisting customers with locating prior years' returns and amendments * Serving as an ambassador for the arenaflex brand, taking a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise * Documenting all issues, resolution, and follow-up actions Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A track record of over-achieving quota * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma Benefits As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * The opportunity to work from home with a flexible schedule * A competitive compensation package * The chance to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic industry * A comprehensive training program to ensure your success * A supportive team environment that values your contributions Training and Certification This is NOT paid training.
