As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about available benefits. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional customer service to union members via phone, email, and chat
- Educating members about benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Assisting members with enrollment and onboarding processes
- Addressing member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets (optional) by upselling and cross-selling benefits to interested members
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets (optional)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
