Key Responsibilities

As an Online Marketplace Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in maintaining seller satisfaction and smooth marketplace operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support to Amazon sellers through live chat and email, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries related to account management, listings, orders, returns, and shipping, demonstrating a deep understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product listings, payments, and customer feedback, showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of seller communications, adhering to arenaflex's data protection and confidentiality policies.

Experience
