Job Summary
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking help to reunite with their missing pets. You will be responsible for answering calls, providing empathetic support, and guiding families through the reunification process. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from families seeking help to reunite with their missing pets
- Provide empathetic and informative support to families, addressing their concerns and questions
- Guide families through the reunification process, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates to families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Must live in or near Tulsa, OK
- Call center experience required (6 months minimum)
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass drug/federal background check
- Quiet, designated home workspace (for WFH)
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse families and pets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
