Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level customer service through creative problem-solving, active listening, and empathy
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Documenting details of all customer interactions and calls in our systems
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple systems and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Experience working in a virtual call center environment or as an Independent Contractor
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center systems
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center Operations, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. Independent Contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
