Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional service to customers across a variety of industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic typing skills and computer literacy
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. Independent Contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
- Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to participation.
Availability
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to increase your earning potential by taking on more projects and responsibilities.
Technology Needed for Success
To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to have access to a reliable computer and internet connection, as well as the following technology:
- A Windows-based computer (Liveops systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook)
- A headset or other audio equipment
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
