Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- High level of comfort with technology, including CRM systems and practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly
- Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay
