Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and provide support
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Great attendance, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and adhering to schedules
- Computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- The ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Openness to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- A strong commitment to teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
Technical Requirements
- Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
- Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
Camera Requirements
Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
