Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Documenting interactions and feedback in our CRM system to help improve service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide informed assistance and make recommendations to customers.
- Participating in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to customer service and product offerings, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, including the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software, including the ability to navigate and utilize our CRM system to document interactions and feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
