Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications

To succeed as a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a plus.
