Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic sales and account management. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, account management, and tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
