About the Role

As a Customer Training Co-op, you will collaborate with innovative teams across arenaflex to develop technical course material for our online e-learning platform, gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and continuous learning opportunities. You will provide meaningful support for in-person and remote training events, helping us deliver impactful experiences for our customers and employees. Additionally, you will assist with the set-up and tear-down of the service training area, taking ownership of hands-on projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with teams to develop technical course material for online e-learning platform

• Provide support for in-person and remote training events
• Assist with set-up and tear-down of service training area
• Take ownership of hands-on projects that make a real difference
• Support product display team and hospitality team as needed
• Build relationships across the company while contributing to a culture of service and excellence

Work Environment:

You will work in our Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center, home to our product galleries and product demonstrations. The Education Center hosts over 1,500 customers a year and is where our customers come to learn about our products and gain more technical HVAC knowledge. Beyond customer education, the Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center serves as a valuable resource for rep partners to engage their customers and build stronger, lasting relationships.

Requirements:

* Enrollment in a related associate or bachelor's degree program (Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, Education)

• Experience or coursework in technical writing & digital communications
• Background in graphic design/video production is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain exceptional organization in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive pay with a starting base pay range of $21/hour - $24/hour

Physical Requirements:

* Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone

• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
• Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks
