As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, while providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service, including empathy and patience with difficult callers
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. arenaflex offers a range of programs with varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. However, client call availability will vary and is subject to change. Generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
