Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Directing calls to the proper departments as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Handling calls from Spanish-speaking customers, utilizing your language skills to provide accurate and empathetic support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary.
- Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free driving.
- Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
- Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Job Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in speaking & reading Spanish
- Strong COMPUTER LITERACY skills required
- Previous knowledge of a CRM System (is a plus)
- Goal-oriented—you set high standards for yourself and work to achieve them
- Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking and listening skills
- Ability to use good reasoning skills and to adapt on the fly
- Great organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Available workspace at home that includes:
+ High-Speed Internet at a minimum of 50 Mbps + Isolated work environment away from others during scheduled shifts
