Position Overview
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for escalated customer complaints and issues, working closely with our customers to resolve their concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Your expertise in customer service, leadership, and team development will be essential in driving performance, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
* Monitor activities of associates as needed to ensure maximum efficiency of the team
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and call standards are met
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
- Ensure adherence to work schedule
- Provide coaching and call support to associates
- Evaluate staff performance, administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policy
- Interview and hire customer service associates
- May travel on business for meetings or events as needed
Education and Experience Requirements
* Associate's degree and 3+ years of customer service or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of customer service practices and processes
- Supervisory management and leadership skills, including coaching and performance management
- Organizational and process management and leadership skills
- Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
- Business process analysis skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $41,237.00 - $68,728.00, based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
