Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries about available benefits and educating them on the value of our services.
- Work closely with union associations to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits to our clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to union members, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our clients' needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations.
- Experience working with labor unions, credit unions, or associations, or a strong understanding of the industry.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, insurance products, or a related field, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this area.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams or mentoring colleagues.
