Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time remote Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve travel-related issues: Provide support for travel-related issues such as cancellations, delays, and baggage concerns, ensuring that every customer is satisfied and supported.
  • Uphold arenaflex's commitment to excellent service: Create positive customer interactions that embody the arenaflex experience, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Stay informed about arenaflex's policies and procedures: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information and support to our customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education or certifications in customer service or travel being a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Prior experience in customer service or travel: Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications: You'll need to be proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States: You must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this role.
