Remote CSR Requirements:

* Prior experience as a customer service representative, preferably in a call center or virtual assistant role

  • Proficiency in using word-processing software and tools, such as G-Suite
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Familiarity with VOIP technology
  • High-level organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
