Job Overview

As a Travel Agent & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in helping clients plan and book their dream vacations. You will leverage your expertise in travel planning and customer service to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each traveler. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service will ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.

  • Research and recommend destinations: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice and recommend the best options for clients.
  • Book travel arrangements: Use your expertise in travel planning tools and software to book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements that meet client needs.
  • Provide detailed itineraries: Create and provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Handle changes and cancellations: Manage any changes or cancellations in a timely manner, while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with travel partners: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.

Essential Qualifications

Strong sales skills: Proven ability to effectively promote travel packages and services to clients.

  • Proficiency in travel planning tools and software: Experience using travel planning tools and software to book arrangements and create itineraries.
