Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary objectives will include:
* Handling a high volume of customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
* Providing guidance and support to customers on identity theft issues, products, and technical support
* Troubleshooting account issues and assisting customers in logging into their online portal
* Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and ensuring accurate case creation for restoration cases
* Identifying next steps for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills
* Maintaining strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services to effectively assist customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum one year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment
* High School Diploma or GED
* Strong formal oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
* Ability to navigate multiple software applications, including CRM systems and ticketing platforms
* High proficiency in typing and computer comprehension, with a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed
