Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to provide premium service and build customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. As a remote call center representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide premium service and build customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Utilize knowledge of products and services to make informed decisions and provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred
- Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Work Environment
* Remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home
- Must live in Texas (not Houston) or Arizona
- Contract position through January
- Must be available to work ANY shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central
Pay and Benefits
* Pay rate: $16.50/hr
- The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
