Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current USA resident with a valid address
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks, with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent software)
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a webcam (for some studies)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
  • Experience with data entry software and tools, such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
