Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the Quality Control division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. *
Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Involved ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. *
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. *
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment

Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual.

Past internship, capstone project, and research coursework is preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, help/group-based environment

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
