Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and technical support.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, showing empathy and a customer-first attitude.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the customer support process and making recommendations.
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
