Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
