• Data Transcription: Accurately and efficiently enter a variety of data, including alphanumeric codes, product information, shipping details, and customer records, from multiple sources into our designated software platforms.
• Data Verification & Auditing: Meticulously review and compare data entries against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness. You'll perform quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors to maintain a high level of data integrity.
• Database Management: Assist with routine updates and maintenance of databases to ensure all information is current and well-organized.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow all established data entry guidelines, formatting rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data consistency across our entire network.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all data, including sensitive and proprietary information, with the utmost discretion and strictly adhere to all company privacy policies and security protocols.
• Meet Productivity Standards: Maintain a consistent work pace to meet established productivity and accuracy targets in a high-volume environment.
