Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer and Market Researcher to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our research team, you'll be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research projects to assist and further develop the market and customer research functions within arenaflex. This role will be crucial in enhancing decision-making across the business and establishing replicable testing practices. You'll work closely with stakeholders and teams to develop and execute research projects and strategies that meet shifting business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct primary and secondary research projects from start to finish, including research design, analysis, report building, and dissemination of core insights
- Conduct complex in-depth market, customer, and competitor analysis, including regression analysis and competitor investor reports
- Translate data into actionable insights, create reports, and present research findings to senior leadership
- Develop and manage larger multi-person research projects, ensuring that deadlines are hit, tasks are appropriately delegated, and contributing to the research process
- Become a key point of contact for stakeholders and teams, as well as the subject matter expert for our target audience
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or social science, with a Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of work experience in market or customer research, marketing, data analytics, competitive intelligence, or consulting
- Knowledgeable in statistics and statistical software, including Excel, DisplayR, SPSS, and SQL
- Familiarity with survey research and best practices, including survey software such as Alchemer and Qualtrics
- Self-starter with the ability to function well independently and in collaboration with stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information to a variety of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Background working in a SaaS environment
- Experience with conjoint analysis, max diff, and chi-squared testing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $80,400 - $100,500 USD
