Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a timely and satisfactory outcome. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Communicate with guests through various channels, including email, phone, and social media
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records and answer guest inquiries
  • Prepare and review written documents, including letters, memos, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and fellow team members
  • Support the efforts of other team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and department leaders
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * 3 years of related experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Familiarity with computer systems and software, including email and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Supervisory experience * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
