Location
This role will operate between offices located in Kennett MO, Piggott AR, and Dyersburg TN. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, surrounded by a team of passionate professionals who share your commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hybrid Customer Care Specialist I - Residential, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers: Welcome guests and handle inquiries with a warm smile, whether face-to-face, chat, or on the phone.
- Solving problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems.
- Driving revenue: Secure new and incremental revenue by promoting our products and services.
- Educating & assisting: Guide customers on using our products and help them navigate our services.
- Following up: Make sure every issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction and keep improving our service.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- Education & experience: High school diploma or GED, and a few months in customer service. We value your willingness to learn!
- Skills: Outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills.
- Knowledge: Eager to learn about our products and stay up to date with what we offer.
- A good driving record and a valid driver's license in the state you are applying for.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Pay Rate
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.75 - $14.50, based on experience, with a focus on providing growth opportunities for both entry-level candidates and those with more experience.
