Job Summary
As an Experienced Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital health strategies that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven customer journeys, develop integrated multi-channel strategies, and create actionable measurement plans. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Strong analytical thinker with a deep understanding of digital and multi-channel engagement in healthcare
- Thought leader with a strong service orientation and ability to drive projects forward
- Established track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact
- Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm, or client
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in health or planning digital health solutions
- Experience working with cross-channel data and analytical tools
- Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data
- Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports
- Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion

- Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
- Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
