Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with guests who have pre-paid vacation packages. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Receiving calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans, including package upgrades and property location/month selection.
- Responding to direct mail solicitations, email campaigns, and web advertising, promoting arenaflex's services and packages.
- Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals.
- Assisting with payments and costs associated with new sales, packages, or upgrade purchases, as necessary.
- Answering calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about package specifics, and inquiring about their impending vacation.
- Verifying all trip and tour specifics related to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay.
- Assisting travelers with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package.
- Maintaining the confidentiality and protection of all personal information about arenaflex's business.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience.
- A strong sense of customer service, with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior.
- Proven comfort operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics.
- Dedication to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers.
- Eager, self-motivated, and a problem solver, able to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic digital literacy, and the capacity to operate multiple systems simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
While not required, experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
- Timeshare/hospitality background.
- Inbound/Outbound Call Center Environment Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
