The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls. You will address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, providing support about arenaflex products and promotions, as well as general order information. You will also assist with processing orders and customizing designs, document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM, and use support tools and training to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide customers with support about arenaflex products and promotions, as well as general order information
  • Assist with processing orders and customizing designs
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM
  • Use support tools and training to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with Customer Service leadership
  • Attain the highest quality possible, with accountability for your own Quality and Productivity KPIs

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

* You are able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • You are able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products
  • You are open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and departmental goals
  • You are able to utilize various customer service tools, software, and systems to effectively manage customer interactions
  • You are able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule, including weekends, based on business needs and adhere to company attendance policy

You Have:

* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand)
  • 1+ years of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
  • 1+ years of experience identifying and solving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, are organized, and able to follow through
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

* The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from arenaflex. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at arenaflex. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between arenaflex and our employees.

  • Geo Base Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA - $17.65/hr
  • Geo Base Salary Range 3 - Includes AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI - $16.19/hr
