Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work-From-Home Opportunity in Maine

We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives! As a part-time, temporary role, you'll be the friendly voice welcoming customers to arenaflex, placing orders, and answering questions – all from the comfort of your Maine home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day, and we extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas. Our training classes start in late September and run through October, making this the perfect time to apply! We're seeking individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a knack for enhancing the customer experience by suggesting companion items, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible scheduling: We prioritize candidates with maximum availability, requiring at least 24 hours of weekly availability. Additionally, we need our employees to be available to work on our busiest days of Mondays & Tuesdays as well as at least one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone calls

  • Place orders and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner
  • Enhance the customer experience by suggesting companion items
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace in your Maine home
  • Tech-savvy spirit with a computer, internet, and webcam that meet our requirements (details below)

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
