Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Benefits Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service and product knowledge to existing and prospective clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring our services to meet their expectations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and company policies to ensure accurate and informed responses to client queries.
• Participating in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay ahead of the curve in the industry.
• Working independently and as part of a virtual team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
