As a Customer Administrative Sales Specialist, you'll join a talented team of professionals who share your passion for sales and your commitment to driving results.

Job Summary

As a Customer Administrative Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for making outbound sales contact and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of customers. You'll work closely with our account managers to identify and qualify prospective customers, record sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems, and renew current customer contracts. Your administrative tasks will include accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers and recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
  • Passing leads on to account managers after qualifying
  • Renewing current customer contracts
  • Administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in sales, previous sales experience a plus
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business

As a Customer Administrative Sales Specialist, you'll have access to criminal justice information, which is an essential function of this role. You'll be required to pass both a standard company background check and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by our state and local law enforcement partners.
