What You'll Be Doing

As a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing product or service knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

You'll report to a Team Lead who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you succeed in your role. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
