Job Summary
As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for marketing our services to clients and candidates, recruiting and interviewing top talent, and matching candidates with exciting opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates, and participating in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community.
Key Responsibilities
* Market arenaflex's services to clients and candidates via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
- Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success
Essential Qualifications
* BA/BS degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
- Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses
- Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
- Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range of $62,400.00 to $71,000.00, negotiable depending on experience and location
