WFH Customer Service Representatives – Live Chat (No Phone Call, Junior Level)
This is a job posting for a customer service representative, and the most important part of your job as a customer service representative is how you respond to questions from customers (and potential customers). There are a lot of businesses that are currently staffing for work-at-home professionals! As a WAH Agent, you would be assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or email. What you will be doing:As a live chat representative you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers. Contract length:Ongoing arrangement Rate:$35 per hour. Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions.
